Cornerstone Health Corporation Named Manager of Orthopedic Institute's Hospital and Tower Day Surgery Center

Oklahoma City, OK (PRWEB) March 17, 2010 -- Cornerstone Healthcare Partners (http://www.cornerstonehealthcarepartners.com)has entered into an agreement with the Orthopedic Institute (http://www.ortho-ok.com) to assume the management role for the Tower Day Surgery Center (http://www.ortho-ok.com/surgerycenter/) and the Orthopedic Hospital, effective January 1, 2010, reports Houshang Seradge, MD. (http://www.ortho-ok.com/physicians/seradge.php) Cornerstone is now responsible for the day to day operation of the facilities and their performance.

Cornerstone Health Corporation is a privately held company based in Edmond, OK that works with physicians to develop and operate outpatient medical facilities. Cornerstone primarily focuses on surgical centers and hospitals, urgent care clinics and diagnostic imaging facilities.

Mr. Chad Sandvig, Cornerstone’s Chief Operations Officer, will be the primary contact and will oversee the operations of both facilities. His goal is to “enable to physicians to deliver the highest level of patient care while managing the facility in an efficient and cost effective manner.” Mr. Sandvig’s has a Masters in Business Administration and has been managing healthcare facilities for over ten years. He will be assisted Elisse Tessier, Cornerstone’s Vice President of Operations.
